Body composition analysis

Body fat % tells you how much of your body is actually fat, compared with everything else (muscle, bone, water, organs). Much more accurate for understanding health and fitness. Shows fat distribution and changes over time.
BMI & body fat percentage

Basic screening tool to compare height and weight.
FeNO lung test

A FeNO test (Fractional Exhaled Nitric Oxide) is a quick, painless breathing test that measures inflammation in your lungs, especially the type linked to asthma.
Blood pressure assessment

Blood pressure is simply the force of your blood pushing against your artery walls as your heart pumps. It’s one of the quickest ways to check how hard your heart is working. If the pressure is too high, it strains the arteries. If it’s too low, the blood doesn’t flow strongly enough.
Cholesterol profile

A cholesterol profile (also called a lipid panel) is a simple blood test that shows the different types of fats in your blood. It helps assess your heart and blood‑vessel health.
Diabetes screening (HbA1c)

A HbA1c test is a blood test that shows your average blood sugar level over the last 2–3 months. It’s one of the main tests used to diagnose and monitor diabetes.
ECG heart rhythm assessment

Reviews heart rhythm. Please note, this is not interpreted.
ABPI circulation test

This test is a simple, painless way to check how well blood is flowing to your legs. It’s one of the main tests used to look for Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD).
Heart disease & stroke risk

Heart & stroke risk score. It looks at lots of personal factors: age, blood pressure, cholesterol, smoking, weight, family history, and certain medical conditions — and gives you a percentage risk.
Liver function testing

A liver function test checks key enzymes and proteins in your blood to assess how well your liver is working. It can help identify inflammation, infection or early signs of liver conditions. (AP - Serum Alkaline Phosphatase, AST - Serum Aspartate Transferase, TB - Serum Bilirubin, ALT - Serum Alanine transaminase)
Kidney function testing

A blood test that checks creatinine, urea and essential salts to assess how well your kidneys are functioning. (CRE - Serum Creatinine, K - Serum Potassium, U - Serum Urea, NA - Serum Sodium)
Full blood count

A Full Blood Count is your blood’s health check — oxygen, immunity, and clotting all in one test.
Thyroid function testing

A thyroid function test measures hormones that regulate energy and metabolism, helping detect underactive or overactive thyroid conditions. (TSH - Serum TSH, FT4 - Serum Free)
Bone, energy & muscle health profile

A blood profile that checks key nutrients and minerals — including calcium, magnesium, iron, B12 and folate — to assess bone strength, energy levels and muscle function. It helps identify deficiencies that may affect overall wellbeing.
Cardiac risk score

Cardiac risk score looks at lots of personal factors: and gives you a percentage risk of developing heart problems.
Echocardiogram

An echocardiogram is a simple ultrasound scan that shows how your heart looks and how well it’s working.
Personalised wellbeing review

A conversation that reviews well-being (lifestyle habits, physical activity, energy levels, general life satisfaction) and helps you set goals around your personal priorities and realistic next steps to help you feel and function better day to day.
Personalised report

You will receive a personalised report with your test results, any findings and recommendations.
Letter to your NHS GP if necessary to inform of results

Our team will keep your GP informed of any results that might need further investigation.
Referrals to a specialist can be provided if required.

Following your assessment, if you need to be referred to a Specialist, we will discuss your options and refer you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a health assessment?

A health assessment is a screening appointment that checks key aspects of your health such as blood tests, heart health and lifestyle factors, to help identify potential risks early and give you a clearer understanding of your wellbeing.

Who are the assessments suitable for?

Our assessments are suitable for adults of all ages who want reassurance, early detection of health risks, or a clearer picture of their overall health. They’re also helpful if you have a family history of certain conditions or want to monitor your health proactively.

Will I receive my results on the day?

Some results can be discussed on the day, while others may take a short time to process. You’ll receive your results and a  personalised report at the appointment with the GP.

What happens if something is found?

If your assessment highlights anything that needs further investigation, our clinicians will explain your options clearly. We offer GP letters, onward referral guidance, and consultant led pathways where required.

Are these assessments diagnostic?

No, they are screening assessments, designed to identify potential risks early. If diagnostic tests are needed, our team will guide you through the next steps.

Can I use my health insurance?

Most health assessments are self‑funded, but some insurers may cover specific elements. It’s best to check directly with your provider.
