I have been a Consultant Gastroenterologist since 2004. During that time I have acquired vast experience of treating people with a wide variety of gastroenterological and liver problems.

I undertake both diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures including gastroscopy, colonoscopy and flexible sigmoidoscopy. I regularly insert PEG tubes for feeding. I am the lead clinician for nutrition at Eastbourne District General Hospital. My clinical interests include inflammatory bowel disease, dyspepsia, gastro-oesophageal reflux, irritable bowel syndrome, functional gastrointestinal disorders, liver and pancreatic diseases and clinical nutrition.

During my 18 year career as a Consultant Gastroenterologist I have undertaken over 10,000 endoscopic procedures. I perform diagnostic and therapeutic gastroscopy, colonoscopy and flexible sigmoidoscopy on a weekly basis and am a highly trained and skilled endoscopist.

I was a member of the the Medical Advisory Committee at the Esperance Private Hospital for 10 years. I sit on the Regional Training Committee for specialist registrars in gastroenterology across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

I have clinics in Eastbourne and Hastings on Thursday afternoons.
