The Mummy MOT is a postnatal assessment specifically designed for mothers who have given birth. It is primarily aimed at women who have gone through pregnancy and childbirth and are experiencing physical issues related to pregnancy, such as pelvic floor dysfunction, abdominal separation (diastasis recti), back pain, or other musculoskeletal issues.

The assessment is tailored to address these specific concerns and help women regain strength, stability, and function in their bodies after childbirth. Therefore, mothers who are experiencing physical discomfort or issues related to pregnancy and childbirth could benefit from the Mummy MOT to improve their overall well-being and quality of life.

We provide guidance and tips on safe activities such as lifting your baby or pushing a buggy.

Our rehabilitation programs are customised to align with your specific goals and lifestyle considerations. Following your assessment, you will receive a written report outlining the findings.

If you need to see a Consultant Gynaecologist as part of your treatment, we are able to onward refer you to one of our specialists.
