Sussex Premier Health, owned by East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust and formally known as Spire Sussex Hospital officially opened on Monday 11th April to existing and new patients. The consultants, staff and services will remain the same.
Sussex Premier Health will deliver outstanding private healthcare to patients in Sussex, Kent and the surrounding areas. Sussex Premier Health will not draw from NHS resources, but the profits that it generates will be invested back into the NHS.
Joe Chadwick Bell, Chief Executive for East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust said,
