What is Face and skin treatments for men

At Sussex Premier Health we perform a wide variety of skin and facial cosmetic procedures to help tighten up your face making it smoother and helping you to look younger.

Treatment options at Sussex Premier Health include:

  •  facelift surgery (this involves your surgeon making cuts across your hairline past the front of your ears and sometimes under your chin) facelift surgery allows your doctor to remove excess skin and fat tightening the muscles
  • correcting droopy eyelids (blepharoplasty)
  • brow lift which raises the level of your eyebrows
  • neck lift which tightens the skin in the neck
  • non-surgical treatment options such as Botox and fillers

Your initial consultation

You’ll be able to meet one of our experienced cosmetic surgeons in a private consultation room. There will be an opportunity to discuss:

• your concerns and what you would like to achieve
• your medical history
• options available
• what’s involved in having non-surgical treatments or surgery, including the anaesthetic, and any risks and complications
• any other questions or concerns you may have about treatments recommended and what happens afterwards

You won’t be put under pressure to make any decisions straight away. Your consultant will explain that even if you feel sure about what you’d like to do next, there’s at least a two week cooling-off period before the any surgery takes place, in case you change your mind. You’ll also be required to have a pre-assessment with our experience pre-assessment surgery.

If your preferred treatments are non-surgical, these can often be performed during the appointment if you wish.

Your consultant will discuss pain relief, any possible complications and recovery times with you prior to any treatment taking place.
